-Dorsiflex: pointing your toes  upward.
-Dynamic Stretch: controlled moves that brings you to the limits of your range of motion (used during warm ups).
-Static Stretch: gradually easing into a  stretch position and holding position for a few seconds (used during cool downs).
-Aerobic: requiring air (oxygen); prolonged exercise of moderate intensity.
-Anaerobic: 
without air (oxygen).
-Plyometrics: a type of exercise training designed to produce fast, powerful movements and improve the functions of the nervous system.
